Effective Sunday, March 11, 2007, CME will implement the following Market Data Platform changes:

• Add two new channels (channels 22 and 24) to the Market Data Platform
• Reallocation of NYMEX/COMEX products to these two new channels and existing channel 20

The reallocation scheme for these three channels can be viewed at http://www.cme.com/files/NYMEXMDPChannels.pdf.

CME is adding these channels and reallocating the NYMEX/COMEX futures and spreads to better manage bandwidth utilization.  Since these products were introduced, bandwidth has on occasion, reached peaks in excess of 3 mbps on channel 20.  The scalability of the Market Data Platform makes it possible to mitigate this situation through the addition of new channels and reallocation of products across those channels.

Consistent with this change, the Instrument Group Codes (not Ticker Codes) for NYMEX TAS products will change, as shown in the following table:
